      Methods

      I'm not really new to lucid dreams but I have trouble getting them. What are the best methods to use for new lucid dreamers?

      No method is best for everybody, so you may want to look around for one that works for you. You should at least try wild to see if you can do it, but the best for a newbie would probably be dild. There are diferent methods to get a dild so Go check it out in the tutorial section if you haven't yet.

      Welcome to the forum!

      Well I really recommend that you try the MILD technique and use the WBTB to enhance your chances. Unless you're an experienced lucid dreamer I wouldn't tell you to use the WILD.

      Also do you have a dream journal? It's best to start one to improve your recall.

      The first method I used to WILD was the HIT technique found in the tutorials section.

      If you see any Hypnogogic Imagery while falling asleep you should give this method a shot.
