Hey good luck man, I'm sorry its been an hour before you got any responses, but your very to the forum. I know you'll be up and lucid dreaming in no time at all. One piece of advice be sure and keep a dream journal. I didn't and it stole precious time while I was still trying to learn.

Hey, oldbiker, I hope you can find what you are looking for too! I think so.

Spiderman is right; the first step to lucid dreaming is recall. A written journal helps a lot with that. This helps you to remember a lucid dream if you have one, and also to begin to recognize your dream signs.

Another important thing to do is to learn to test reality when weird things happen. Do reality checks on a regular basis; whenever you see a dream-sign, or when something weird happens. If you do it often enough, eventually you will do it while dreaming, and become lucid.

Good luck! Let us know if you have any questions.
