Uh, I'm not sure what mp3 that you're using. But if you are using the one that I compiled, then it's designed to be listened to before bed, not during sleep. Turn it on before bed while you're doing stuff on the net, that's what I do and it works very well for me. |

I've had mine work for me on a pretty high basis, and from other people posting in the thread it seems to work pretty well. |

When I want to try getting a lucid dream I pretend to float in water and rise when I close my eyes. With me this usualy leads to a dream where I can defy the laws of physics and jump as high as I want. It has led to being able to fly before but I prefer the gravity thing. Usualy I realize I'm in a dream when I jump from rooftop to roof top. |

eh i double post all the time. well, im fifteen and i wake up at five for school, so i stick to things where i dont have to wake up for long periods of time and stuff i do is like, before you go to sleep, try not listening to music. just lay in bed, anmd fall asleep naturally. maybe the music is keeping your mind too active? |
