Hey Psypig, welcome to Dream Views!

About the reality of lucid dreaming. I'm not really one to comment as I've only had one LD, but it was extremely realistic. If not for the strange tingly feeling, I would have never known I was dreaming. It's definetly worth working for...

Take a seat, make yourself comfortable. You'll find everyone here extremely friendly. Some a little too friendly...

Yes and no. Sometimes the dreamworld can be as real as reality and then other times it can feel MORE real than reality(vibrant colors everywhere etc.)

What if u meet unwanted figures in ure lucid dream? thats scary... freaky..[/b]
simple. tell them to get the hell out or you'll beat the crap out of them.

ts like when i just wake up i remember clearly the dreams i dreamt but when i try to write it down and try to think, i just sort of forget.. ha. [/b]
have the dream journal or just some paper next to you upon awakening and a pen. write down ONLY notes, bullet-points etc. so that you get the idea of what happened. now it wont take so long to write everything that you'd forget what else happened

share here if u think its freaky to be in lucid dream [/b]
i dont think its freaky at all . i think the feeling is great actually. i dont want to sound evil, but it makes me feel like god.

      hope that helped

I completely agree with nightowl. Lucid dreams are not freaky at all.. they can be loads of fun and an absolutely incredible experience. Since you're (hopefully) in control, you can do whatever you want. If there's someone there you don't like, just will him/her to be gone.
As for remembering your dreams, try to move as little as possible when waking up. Go over your dream(s) several times in your head, until you're sure you'll remember them when you go to write them down.
      Good luck!
