Journalling your dreams will definately help improve your recall.. tho, as Out of the Blue stated, TOTAL recall can be pretty hard to come by.

I too find my lucid dreams very lifelike (if not more so).

Thank you for the responses, and I'll certainly begin posting mine own dream journal once it begins having more then a few lines in it. Perhaps a few of you will get some quirky excitement or a few laughs from what rolls around in my mind.

I was disappointed with myself last night. I recall no more of my dreams then a single line of conversation between me and my dream father. ... he wanted to sell our dogs at a pawnshop, and buy them back later...?

I had less then my natural amount of sleep, and homework and stress has been bogging me down. It's nice to know that they are the problem and not some natural deficiency in dream recall.

So I'll keep at it, and be sharing my experiences with you all soon!

Less sleep and stress can both negatively impact recall.. at least for me.
