Extreme Pain When Attempting A WILD

For the past couple nights I've been attempting WILDs. Last night I was completely still for about 2 hours, from about 1:20 am to 3:20 am. I tried to relax, but as time went on my body began to do the "test" to see if i was asleep or not. But it really started hurting with a pain in my arms that went on and on until it was unbearable and I had to stop. I kept holding out thinking it would go away but it wouldn't. Is this normal? It seemed more intense and prolonged than what people say to expect.

It doesn't sound normal to me. Maybe I"m wrong.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

Well the pain seems to go away immediately after I move and only comes back after staying still for a long time trying to WILD.
Google Image search medial epicondyle, thats about where the pain seems to be.

Well I have pain and have also tried to hold out or relax but I'm very new here and the experienced people say it isn't usual. Vortex 716 said to learn to enjoy it ( and probably to relax into it). Then it doesn't last long.

I have pains but I learn to ignore them and think positive. It gets some getting used to.
