would you say maybe my mi d is to awake even though my body is killing me because when I try to enter sleep paralysis it takes a really long time
maybe 2+ hours of staying conscious and I don't even swallow. I feel numbness alot and if by mistake I move a finger even an Inch I feel what you can call a slight tingling everywhere but then thats gone. I'm not sure, but when I tried this I had a few distractions, there was a time when I felt like I was floating but I knew I wasn't in sp because I could still hear the outside noises family,air, etc. I'm not sure, I've never gootten into full sp just alot of numbness and alot of heaviness .I feel I come close but I'm not sure.
