I am kinda embarassed to talk about my dreams but lately they havent been good and not the usual nightmare but some sick stuff. I am afraid to go to sleep one of my favorite things in the world. I thought maybe if anyone could give me pointers or rather help me to obtain lucidity I would greatly appreciate it. I have been losing lots of sleep and because of this I cant focus on school work and I have been getting major migrains. I have seen a couple doctors and gone to theropy. All I got is some medicine but it doesnt help me any. I think my only chance is to be able to obtain lucid dreams as often as possible. Please help me someone I feel like crap because I havent gotten a decent night of rest in months except for a couple days ago I entered a state of lucidity. I cant handle this anymore I need help. |

I'll be glad to help you. PM me or AIM. |

I agree that some background would be good, but you don't have to give it. I'm also available for PMs and I've gone through phases where my dreams have been less than desirable. Also, do you exercise during the day? I don't know how true it is for everyone, but I've heard that physical exertion can cause you to sleep more heavily, making your REM cycles shorter. I'm not sure if that's completely true, but I think it might have some validity. |
