I think it's worth it. Dream journals can be very helpful. I actually didn't know people kept them, until I started lurking on here a few years back (I just recently decided to join, like three days ago |

I highly recomend a dream journal. Before I started keeping one I was only remembering about 1-2 dreams a week. Now I am up to 1-2 a night! (Which is still low compared to others, but I am happy with it) Just make a good effort to put time into it. |

Thanks guys! I guess you´re right. I will make a dream journal but I think this recording device suggestion was an even better idea for me at this time now anyway. I just realized I can use my mobile as a dictaphone, so I´ll try that. |

You can just write down a few details from your dream when you wake up and get back to it later to write out the entire thing. Most of the dream will still be in your memory if you are reminded of details of it. |
