Keep waiting! Keep the Dream Journal, keep reading about lucid dreams, drink plent of dairy (if you havn't not an allergy) and you'll soon get it. Unless you want to try any methods. |

haha nice you had your first LD right after you asked how long it would take. |

That's funny, it seems like the first two steps of that technique are exactly what I always have been doing in order to get myself to fall asleep, before I knew about LD-ing. |

I think it was about a week or two after I read "exploring the world of lucid dreaming" by Stephen Laberge. |

I've experienced lucid dreams before this. But I just don't know what it is. and I really like the idea of being able to control everything around you =) |
