      yo

      hey, new here... havent looked around much but i have had insane experiences with dreams due to listening to music, posted a thread about it already... i havent tried anything besides music to get lucid dreams, but its had such an amazing impact, it is as if i live a second life through my dreams and dont want to do anything but add songs to my playlist (its like buying a new house or car for my dream life, lol)

      Same question. What kind of music is it? Music made for meditation and the such? Or just regular music?

      any regular music (you should listen to it and establish some kind of connection it has to your life beforehand.) i didnt do that at first and the tone of the music was effecting my mood the next day, whether it made me mad, emotional, or happy it was still an interesting experience
