what books do you guys read if any about lucid dreams

or anything else that can relate? I'm currently reading into the void by zoe7. i've got about 20 pages left and then i'll get a hold of the sequal, back from the void, i think that's the name of it. anyways i'm curious to see what you guys read. thanks

I have read "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge, and that's about as far as it goes concerning LDing. EWOLD is practicly the bible of us Lucid Dreamers, though.

I don't read anything about LD. I learned about it through seeing this site.

interesting. into the void isn't exactly all about LD's. but he gets into it and some other stuff as well

Out-Of-Body-Exploring: A Beginner's Approach, by Preston Dennett Despite the title, it does actually focus mainly on Lucid Dreams and, arguably, many of the experiences he documents could quite easily be attributed to LDs rather than OBEs. I love this book though, because of the way he articulates his experiences, and he generally speaks in terms of lucidity. I find some of his adventures particularly inspiring. The book is at my old place right now, but I used to read it frequently before bed to help plant seeds of lucidity in my mind.

The very first book I bought on dreaming was a book called Everything Dreaming. It's a very basic overview of all kinds of dreaming stuff, journaling, recall, premonitions, interpretation, dream incubation, lucid dreams, healing dreams, etc. At the end of each section is a little assignment area that you fill out and then progress to the next section. I still have and read it occasionally.
