I've never had a lucid dream before, and I'm giving it a try now. I have a couple of questions though: |
Let's see if I can help. |
This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
To add a little to an answer on the first question: Yes, you have to stay conscious, but, you do not need to enter SP first. |
thank, snowy_egypt and luminous. and thanks for the clarification that i dont have to enter sp. |
I've had this happen to me when I try WILD. I'm pretty sure that's normal. |

btw, on another unrelated aspect, im from egypt lol |
Welcome! |
first of all you mind should be awake when you enter into sleep paralysis well if you are attempting a WILD then your mind should be awake |

WILDS is the hardest thing i have ever attempted in my life. the first time I tried I felt so weird, like my head was on a string and like my chest was elevated off of my bed. i have only slipped into a WILD three times, and each time I woke up shortly after due to over excitement. I am going to try one tommarow morning with these energy pills I have, they are called Total Energy, all natural. I will let you know if they help. |
cool! plz let me know! |
i'll have to let you know another time, my landlord is cutting down a tree outside. |
lmao!!! thanks anyway!!! |
WILDs are hard but fun even if you don't succeed. The feeling of heaviness in the legs is the first stage of Sleep Paralysis. There is partial paralysis and full paralysis. I say to myself "even if I wanted to move now, I couldn't, because I'm sooo relaxed. My arms and legs feel like lead." I can even feel the paralysis creep up my body to my face. It feels great. The best feeling is when you can't feel your body. You are just infinite mind waiting to enter the dream. |

Lol my family in morocco calls the egyptians 'hmar', do you understand that? =D |

Like an involuntary spasm? A jerk? This is due to consciousness leaving the physical body and enetering into the dream body, Or consciousness settling and relaxing. |
