      hey

      hey there i'm new to this site and to the concept of Lucid Dreaming!

      I found out about Lucid Dreaming after I was bored one night mindlessly surfing Wikipeida. I've be reading up on Lucid Dreaming and find that the first step to Lucid Dreaming is Dream Recall, and I figure that I already can do this. The reason being that I can pretty much remember new and old dreams from start to finish.

      So I was wondering if I got what I need to start Lucid Dreaming

      Hello and welcome.

      Looks like you've got a good head start. It's still a good idea to keep a dream journal. It helps your recall and will help you to find things in your dreams that could help you to become lucid.

      Also, give the Tutorials section a read. There are several methods in there that can help you to induce lucid dreams. Find one that you think might work for you and give it a try.

      to DV also read up on reality checks and DILDs. They are on the home page and the tutorial section.
