2nd Lucid!! Just a few questions also.

I had my second lucid dream last night and it was fantasic, even though it was only about a minute.

A question- Could you dream about being lucid, but not REALLY having control over the dream?

Also, does meditation help dream recall or lucid dreaming?

      Hey Red Green Blue.

Congrats on the second lucidity, always good to have. Proves you're more able to do it now, well done on that.

      For your questions:

Yes, it's possible to dream about lucidity but not be lucid, I had one of them a few days ago actually. Yes I know, how stupid of me. It's natural though so no need to worry if it happens to you.

Meditation can help in both ways, as meditation is good for relaxation itself, thus definately helping with Lucid Dreaming. I'm guessing it helps with recall because it clears your mind before you go to sleep at night, but I definately know it helps with Lucid Dreaming. Many people do it while preparing to WILD.

      Hope I've helped.

      Welcome to the forums, RGB!

Lucids are always great, no matter how short they last!
And to answer your question: yes, that's possible. In fact, I have dreamt about being Lucid, without being Lucid. And if you do, you can kick yourself in your head the next morning for not noticing.

Have fun browsing the forums, and welcome to the community!

Congratulations On that second Lucid! it sounds like it was a good one.

Just so you know, You can be Lucid without having any control of the dream at all. Being Lucid just means you know your dreaming.

So if you know your dreaming, regardless of the situation your having a Lucid Dream.

Good luck on having many more.
