So last night I went to bed kind of late.. and it was in total darkness this time. It was pretty peaceful and I like it more than with the TV on.

I told myself a lot I would dream.. but I had too much thoughts coming in and out. I didn't remember my dreams from last night. I wont give up though, tonight I'll try again.

Edit: Actually I probably stayed up because I had caffeine during the day. I wont have any today and see how it goes.

Let us burn one from end to end, and pass it over to me my friend.

Apparently I had a dream about Halo 3 last night. I think I'm getting better at recall since I couldn't even remember any the other night.

Nice. You might want to try WILD to see if you have a knack for it, I'm usually very lucky with this techinique, you go right from awake, to a lucid dream.

Yeah that really helps thanks C.

Only problem is I'd have to set a little alarm for myself. Is that okay? I'm thinking about setting it to start the radio 5 hours after. The only problem is if I wake up I doubt I can fall back asleep. Also it's pretty hard for me to concentrate on one thing. A lot of thoughts just flood through my mind if I'm just thinking about things.

Yep, alarms are fine, they tend to make you more alert which isn't always a bad thing, you need to be somewhat aware. You'll be able to get back to sleep I'm sure, it's easier then it seems when you're there (unless you have some kind of sleeping disorder). Try counting down from 100-0, it keeps you focused on one thing and relaxes you, while also keeping you're brain working hard enough to keep you conscious. Also, to relax yourself quicker, try timing your breaths to the countdown as well:

      Inhale - 99
      Exhale
      Inhale - 98
      Exhale
      Inhale - 97
      Exhale
      And so on...

By the time you get to 0 you should have gone into SP, then you can use whats in that guide to help you from there.

Hope I helped, and good luck tonight!

to dreamviews i would reccomend to try to start to recall your dreams and keep a dreamjournal and maybe even meditating or yoga before going to bed to relax

Hey! Don't underestimate yoga! It can get pretty hardcore.

It didn't work last night either. I'm becoming frustrated, and right know I could care less about being lucid. I just want to remember my dreams.

I know how you feel, I haven't remembered more then 5 seconds of a dream for the last 2 weeks and it's seriously pissing me off...
