So last night I went to bed kind of late.. and it was in total darkness this time. It was pretty peaceful and I like it more than with the TV on. |

Let us burn one from end to end, and pass it over to me my friend.
Apparently I had a dream about Halo 3 last night. I think I'm getting better at recall since I couldn't even remember any the other night. |

Nice. You might want to try WILD to see if you have a knack for it, I'm usually very lucky with this techinique, you go right from awake, to a lucid dream. |

Yeah that really helps thanks C. |

Yep, alarms are fine, they tend to make you more alert which isn't always a bad thing, you need to be somewhat aware. You'll be able to get back to sleep I'm sure, it's easier then it seems when you're there (unless you have some kind of sleeping disorder). Try counting down from 100-0, it keeps you focused on one thing and relaxes you, while also keeping you're brain working hard enough to keep you conscious. Also, to relax yourself quicker, try timing your breaths to the countdown as well: |

to dreamviews i would reccomend to try to start to recall your dreams and keep a dreamjournal and maybe even meditating or yoga before going to bed to relax |

It didn't work last night either. I'm becoming frustrated, and right know I could care less about being lucid. I just want to remember my dreams. |
