hear me out, if you realize your dreaming then why do these nightmares annoy you so much? If you know your not gonna get hurt then why not put more time into releasing your potenital? If someones chasing you then turn them into a butterfly or blow them up with an H-bomb, the possibilities are endless. Maybee your not really having a lucid dream after all? |

If you don't even try to have Lucid Dreams and you can't make them stop, then you need to learn to love fear. You need to make peace with Sleep Paralysis. It is a beautiful thing. It happens every night to everyone whether or not they are aware of it or not and it is for our good. And it is relaxing. Your fear is what is defeating you. Surround yourself in white light in bed before you go to sleep, during the dream, and during sleep paralysis. You need to try to relax and have hope. Yes, have hope. I wish I was a natural like you. These nightmares are a part of yourself that you need to face. Running away is only running away from yourself. Don't shut down. This is a great opportunity for growth. See it for that and feel lucky. Have an optimistic attitude towards it. Imagine how great you will feel once you conquer your fears and you can enjoy Lucid Dreaming fearlessly. Also when you accept that part of yourself the scary stuff represents and you conquer your fears, you will have a lot more life energy available to you in waking life and in dreaming. You will have more lightness in your step. Oh how I hope you don't run away from this opportunity anymore! |
