      I'm coming commited again lol

Okay I've had several lucid dreams before but as always I have a "freakout" moment upon realization of lucidity....

      More to the point.....

I would like to know personal tips that involve inducing lucid dreams....

I know of keeping a dream log but thats about it...

      could someone help?

      You answered it yourself.

Keep a Dream Journal, and constantly reality check when you think something feels weird, it's an easy way to be more aware of your surroundings.

Otherwise, browse the forums. That's where you'll find most of your information.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

For me personally I found I can increase the chances of becoming lucid by telling myself and believing I will during the day. Of course it is extremely ensential to keep a dream log. No matter how experieced you become, lucidy vanishes when you stop writing/remembering.

      Hey, Dan. Welcome back.

Besides keeping a Dream Journal, what have you tried? Have you had a chance to check out the quick start tutorial?
      http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=1518

It covers some of the basics. How far did you get last time you tried? Have you started doing reality checks or incorporating a Wake Back To Bed into your sleep schedule?

We are each our own personal god. Never is this more apparent than in our dreams.
