      What if

haii everyone^^, i'm a new guy, and i'd really appreciate your rply...

before knowing about lucid dreams, i have had several few times of experiencing low-level of lucid dreams where i realized i was dreaming!
it really scared me, and i forced my self to wake up,,,

i'm sorry that it might sound a foolish Q but my Question is, if someday i would really get able to maintanance my lucidicity, and really get lucid. how can i awake my self?? or how do you feel when you are just about to wake up?

      thx,,,

You can usually wake yourself up by simply closing your dream eyes. It feels kind of weird, you just start to feel both your dream body and your real body at once.

You want to wake yourself up? Most people are trying to keep themselves from waking up.

Like Ninja said, opening and closing your eyes can wake you up. I have also had success with focusing on my breathing. If I really try ot listen to my breathing, I can feel and hear my body in bed which wakes me up.
