Anything which encompasses awareness of your state of reality showing that you're not awake is lucid. |

For a few weeks now I've been having dreams where I would "wake up" but then realize I'm still asleep usually because something in the room is misplaced. I used to not be able to move much but recently I can get up and walk around my room. In these dreams people visit me a lot and it just seems so real. Does Anyone know what this is? I'm losing sleep and am wondering if I could either control what happens around me or stop them. Thanks |

Can I control them? Every time I try to walk out of my room I hear screaming or am dropped on the ground. And then I freak out and frantically try to wake up |

Indeed. While lucid, your powers are Godlike. If you have belief in yourself and your abilities, nothing is impossible. It's also important to note that none of it is real, so whatever it is that's freaking you out needs to be overcome with a calm and clear mind. Once you surpass the fear stage, a lot more things are going to be open to you. |
