Why do I get lucid in normal dreams but not weird ones.

Alright, so why do I get lucid in realistic dreams but in weird one with bunch of weird shit happening I don't?

Like for exemple, this night I remembered 3 dreams, two of which I didn't go lucid and one I did.

First dream where I didn't go lucid was nothing and I don't remember much of it so skip to second.

Second dream I had was just weird, peoples were running and falling around dropping gold coins that didn't appear as gold coins but as text saying something like 1g 70s and it was all normal to me so I didn't even get lucid.

Third dream was me having an headache and swallowing pills with water but then the lightning changed from like dark to a little bit darker and it was enough to get me lucid.

So what the fuck? Why do I get lucid in dreams that are realistic things that could happen in real life (Minus the sudden lightning change) but not in dreams where people fall down for no reason and drop money written in text?

Let me put this theory out: When we dream, the logic part of the brain is shut, right? So it is normal to have weird dreams. Does that mean that normal dreams have an higher logic usage, then? Probably. So it would be easier to become lucid in "normal" dreams.

My theory is that when we RC in real life it's always normal because it's real life, right? So when the RC's carry over into your dreams they'd be in more normal dreams. Jes?

This happens to me all the time!

One night, I'm staring at a gravel road in a perfectly normal scene and I think to myself "What are the chances this is a dream right now?"

The next night I'm blowing balls of energy out of my hands at an opponent and nothing! No lucidity

Ive asked people if I was dreaming in RL before but never tried asking a DC
I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.

Heres my theory, It may be because you feel more comfortable in a place that is normal to you, so you think about doing a RC and feel more at ease then say when you are battling off aliens or people are dropping odd things with non sense sayings on them.

I think timing and sleep cycles are also a factor. My strangest dreams are early in the night, up to about 4 hours. I can recall them and they are full of dreamsigns, but I'm yet to have a DILD so early. I've never become lucid in those, probably because the brain is less aware and available for REM sleep in the first half of the night. This could explain both the dream content and the chance of lucidity. Later in the night, my dreams become more realistic and I have a higher frequency of lucids.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
