Well, dream journals help with recall, but if you don't want to write them down maybe you could get a voice recorder? As far as LDing goes, I've found that the way that I've gotten the best LDs have been by being enthusiastic and reading a lot of stuff on LDing about an hour or so before bed, that way you go to sleep with it fresh on your mind. You could also try the WBTB technique, but my sleep schedule is too hectic to get up in the middle of it. |
