I would estimate in the average week I spend 3 or 4 nights lucid dreaming, but without having any reality checks. In many of my dreams I start dreaming and am already lucid. A lot of my dreams I feel have to follow some sort of script, I guess that's a good word for it, I have to follow it and the other characters or actors I guess don't know it's only a dream and I'm forbiden from telling them. Many of my dreams deal with philosophy and I often come to some great realization in my dreams (meaning of life, ect.) but have trouble recalling these when I wake, or they make no sense outside of the dream state. Something else about my dreams I am curious if others experience this is that some times my dreams span long periods of time, anywhere from an hour to a week. I also dream non-lucid sometimes. Sometimes what I dream and the prior day mix together in my memory, it's hard to explain. Like when I wake up I will remember my day going like; I go to school, I have a conversation with someone that actually happened in my dream then I go to work (which happened in real life). I have trouble seperating what happened in a dream and outside it. Anyway sorry to ramble on. I am really interested in finding out about other's experiences.
