      First dream in my journal

I found this site yesterday and read about the importance of a dream journal to write everything you dream.

I went to sleep trying to keep in my mind the idea "I will know when the dream start". But know way... I had a nice dream but my mind didn´t remember me "Hey, you are in a dream...". Anyway in the dream I saw John Locke from Lost wich may be a good signal... hehehehe

So this is my first dream in my journal and I hope that soon I will achieve my first LD. Faith may be important too, isn´t it?

      Glad you found us, Neversin.

Good call on the dream journal. I think you will be surprised at how much more vivid your dreams will become, and how many dreams you will start remembering.

Just last night, I was reminded of how important a dream journal can be. I had an awesome lucid dream, and I almost totally forgot about it. I was lying in bed thinking, "Man, I guess my attempt failed." Then, I remembered a brief flash of trying to reenter a dream. I laid still for a few more minutes, and wham! It all came back to me.

If you like, you can start an online journal in the Dream Journal section:

Its pretty fun to get other people's input and insight on your dreams. Not to mention reading everyone else's dreams.

There's also a ton of good information in the Tutorials section:

Faith and confidence are very important when it comes to lucid dreaming. Convince yourself you can do it, and it will be easy. Always ask questions if you get confused. There are a lot of great dreamers around who love to help.

      Welcome to Dream Views Neversin!

Yeah, faith and belief are important for attaining Lucidity. Also remember patience and persistence as well.

It's cool you had a dream with John Lock. I love that show, and he's may favorite character.
