Thread: How do I exploit sleep paralysis?

So I can essentially look at SP as an airport waiting lounge for dreams. It's pretty common for me so that's good news.

Do you have any tips on maintaining SP? I think I read staying calm with a sort of unforced focus was best, or am I spouting bs?

[Edit: On an unrelated note, the little box for my posts seems pretty big even if I do a short post - there's a load of white space under this. Not sure why]
