      relizing ur dreaming

i now can remeber almost all of my dreams, but the problem now is that i cant tell that im dreaming, no matter how weird the dream is. What are the best ways to always become lucid in a dream, or relize ur sleeping when you are.

Hi XArcaneX! That is great that you are succeding on dream-recall! When you are asleep, the logical part of your brain is shut down so it makes it extremely difficult (for most) to realise that that pink cow floating by your window is unusual. You should probably start doing reality checks daily and looking for dream signs. A dream sign is something that occurs often in your dreams, so if you practice doing a reality check every time you see a dream sign in real life, it will cary over into your dream world and you will realise you are dreaming.

If you don't know what a reality check is, it is usually a physical act that will determin if you are the dream state. For example, if you plug your nose and breathe in right now, it wont succede and you can't breathe. Inside of a dream you will still be able to breathe because you are not truly plugging your nose in real life. This will tell you that you are dreaming when you are dreaming. A few other methods are trying to make things levitate, poking your finger through your hand, and counting your fingers.
