Dream Guides and Flying

Hello everyone. I've been visiting this forum for months now. It's been a pleasure reading about the experiences of other dreamers. I thought it's about time I introduced myself. I guess I am what you would call a "natural". I've been having lucid dreams since I was a small child. I was having them before I even knew what they were. I even had a measure of control over them. I remember telling the evil creatures that were chasing me that they couldn't hurt me because I was dreaming. I would fly or talk to my toys during an LD. When I was eleven years old, I read a library book about lucid dreaming that opened up a lot of possibities for me. I used the tips from the book to have LD's more often. I'm not sure how I even stumbled onto this place but I'm glad I did! I have learned so much from the tutorials and posts. You LDers are so creative! I've tried some of the tasks of the months and some of the other things I have read about on here. I have never had a WILD or MILD. I'm too lazy. I've never experienced SP. After reading some of the posts on this sight, I got a lot better at looking for dreamsigns. I would love to meet my Dream Guide. I have looked for him/her many times in my dreams but still no luck. I have tried asking DC's if they were my Dream Guide (he said no) and thinking that my Dream Guide would be on the other side of the door. I've read other posts about Dream Guides. Maybe my subconscious mind thinks I'm not ready. I also have a problem with flying. Flying was easier when I was a kid. I remember having this problem occasionally back then but it almost always happens now when I fly... I always get caught in telephone wires and power lines. There are always way more lines and wires in my world than in the real word. I try to fly over them but I get caught in them or they keep going higher. I get distracted from whatever I was doing or wherever I was flying to. I don't really talk to anyone about my dreams. When I was a little girl, I told some of my friends that I could control my dreams but none of them believed me. It's nice to know there are others out there and that there are ways to have even better LD's!
