      New one

I started lucid dreaming when i was very young to end scary nightmares quickly and wake up. In the dream I consciously killed myself by stabbing myself, jumping off cliff edges, walking into the road and more (All in dream of course) I just forced myself to do it in the dream, once I was concious about the fact i was dreaming. Now my dreams are all lucid, I have full control in my actions of the dream, it's like an alternate reality for me now, where I consult my mind and just carry out day-to day actions in a dream. Of course I have wild ones where I am in the middle of political warfare, even those are lucid, but mainly I use the control to just balance my dreams into managable, small things that I can remember when I wake up.

I didn't know this was called lucid dreaming until a few days back

Sounds like you have some cool dreams. Have you checked out the Task of the Month section?

It might give you some ideas of fun stuff to try. Lately I've been trying to interact with my Dream Characters more. It makes my dreams turn real weird real quick.

Do you have a certain trick to help you become lucid? Or do you just recognize the dream naturally?
