      Help getting to sp

      hey everyone im new here, i have read all the guides and wanted to try to WILD. so i woke up at 3 : 20 was up for like 10 min then lie in bed not moving at all for 50 min while concentrating on my breathing and not thinking about anything else, and nothing happened... what am i doing wrong?

      i got the no twitching thing down, but how do i keep from swallowing? it seems like a necessity to swallow.

      ya no swollowing no twitching no scratching, can my eyes move around or do i have to keep them motionless too? becuase i read somewere you should see these images or something and i was trying to look for them

      Ive heard that laying on your side helps with the no swallowing, maybe try that
