      Question Does this work for Dream recall?

      I was watching a video on youtube about dream racall and he said to say this server times before you fall asleep : I will wake up when my Dream is complete.

      Does this work for anybody? If it does can you please tell me the exact phrase you say before you fall asleep.

      It's called autosuggestion, and yes, it does work for most people. The exact phrase doesn't matter, you're just trying to get yourself to wake up after the dream is finished. Anything to that effect will work just fine.
