      Question Can watching T.V. effect my dreams?

      Im really bad about watching T.V. at night than falling alseep while watching it. Can it somehow effect my dreams?

      The content of the program definitely can influence your dreams. I always dream about what I did the day before, or what I did right before going to bed.

      I can see keeping the TV on while you fall asleep doing several things. First, it might distract you and make it difficult for you to focus on your dream goals as you fall asleep. You want to focus on autosuggestions, and holding awareness as you fall asleep.

      Second, If you leave the TV on, it might make you sleep lighter, which would help you keep some awareness in your dream. I've heard that some people keep music playing or the lights on to help them sleep lighter.

      Probably, but it depends on the show. Your brain only stores new information in dreams, if it's a show that you've seen a thousand times then it probably won't enter your dream, however if it's something new then it will.
