Help with WILDing and interesting lucid dreams

Hey, I am fairly new to Lucid dreaming and am most concetrating on WILDing. Usually I wake up after 7 or 8 hours and then try WILDing. Interestingly enough I find myself in a dream very shortly after. I don't exactly know if I am WILDing or not. You see I find myself in my dream, and I am well aware that I am dreaming, but I cannot fully control all aspects, for example I tried to fly through a door only to have to hit it while I was flying and manually open it from there. Also I remeber that during the dream I am amazed how real it is, but later on the dream seems fuzzy to me. Is it possible that I just think I am WILDing when in turn I just convince myself so much that I am going to WILD that I fall asleep during trying to WILD that I just remember I am dreaming and control it from there? Also I was wondering if when someone truly masters the WILD technique are dreams really just as real as real life, is it possible to have multiple dreams in which they are so vivid there is no difference between your real life expierences and your dream expierences?

Dream control takes time to master. Everyone is quick to affirm that anything is possible, but you don't hear much talk about having to develop these skills. As far as not being able to fly through a wall, you have to believe it to do it. If your mind is saying "Well I know I should be able to do this but I don't know.." then it isn't going to happen.

As far as trying to figure out if you had a WILD or a DILD, it can be confusing sometimes, but the point is that you succeeded in having an LD either way, right? Keep paying attention to the transitions and it should become clearer. It helps to keep notes.
