Im kind of scared of LD and A question about music and screensaver people play before they sleep

The reason im scared of Lucid dreaming is because Im scared I will go into a cross roads and mirrors and blue people really scare me. ( I know childish) I read a link about cross roads and mirrors from a link someone posted on a other thread. Question : I was watching a video about Lucid Dreaming , and they said they listen to some type of music before they go asleep. Also they said something about screensavers and such. They really didnt go into full detail though. Can someone explain or link me some info about the music and maybe link me a website that has the music. Thx for reading

Ya blue people and mirrors freak me out too. Honestly i have had nightmares about mirrors, but trying to have LDs won't automatically give you more nightmares. If you see something you are afraid of in a lucid then it gives you a chance to face your fear without consequence.

If your scared of mirrors please don't look into one in Lucid dreaming.. Because when i did i looked in and a skeleton faced looked back at me D:

Look in the lucid aid subsection, it has some links. I also used to have nightmares about mirrors, though those nightmares were lucid. Eventually, I dared to face my fear, and looked into mirrors in lucid dreams on purpose. It was scary at first, but then my fear was gone. I now frequently look in mirrors in lucid dreams, not even remembering that I used to fear them. I even use them as entertainment now, changing my appearance while looking in a mirror. Just a pep talk to encourage you to not fear mirrors or blue people. Nothing can hurt you in dreams. If it's still too much, you can wake yourself up, as your safety line.

The lucid crossroads is only something that can be implanted in your mind. How could it already be in your dream? Just don't think about it or those blue people and you should be fine. Believe they will not be part of your lucid dreams.

I don't understand the lucid crossroads thing. But as for the mirror, yeah I understand why. I have an unofficial policy of only briefly glancing. There's a large mirror in my living room so when I have lucid dreams centered in my house, that gets put in. One lucid dream last night was like that. The only difference was that my head was slightly elongated.

You just have to remind yourself that nothing can harm you in a dream, and try to face your fears. It can be freaky to look into a mirror in a dream, but it won't harm you. Once I looked into a mirror and saw that I had no mouth, but I thought it was a bit funny, since I knew it was only a dream. And you don't have to worry about the crossroads, either. That is just a suggestion of something to do while you are dreaming. It is only in your dreams if you think it is.

Are you talking about the lucid crossroads website? I am a little freaked out by those blue people, too. They remind me of Mystique from the X-men movies. I wouldn't worry about it, I have never run into anything similar in my dreams. They are just one person's invention.

For some reason blue people scare me. But are Crossroads a paranormal thing?
