Im probably having a first time LD phobia. Every night when I try to Have a LD i always get the fear of leaving my body. I need the stop reading the Paranormal fourms part lol

youre dreaming why the heck would you leave your body

Some people believe you can have OBE's (leave your body) and some don't. (Myself included) but if it was possible to actually leave your body, I highly HIGHLY doubt that you would be trapped outside of it. So no worries there.

Trust me you wont have an (obe) while trieing to have a lucid dream. Dont let it bother you or you will find it harder to have a ld.

obes are rediculous in my opinion lucid dreaming is one thing but beleiving you can leave your body and travel around-come on-you may be lucid and dream that your traveling and by coincidance some of what you see may have happened similarly to in your dream but obes and that other oogy boogy stuff is redundant in my opinion scientifically and logically irrelevant to lucidity and dreaming. but to each their own i guess

so when trying to lucid its pointless to worry about stuff like that you have a better chance of being struck by lighting, while being eaten by a shark on a crashing airplane whilst elton john and micheal jackson write a duet about you while hulk hogan, richard simmons and a backpack fight over the name of said song

Yeah this is also my opinion surely if you can fly have magic power make the skys change in lucid dreams you can emagen a ghost like body fly out of you.

Lots of people have died whilst trying to LD because they accidently left there body and was not able to get back in... Only kidding LDing is as safe as a sponge, no fear : D

People dream every night, lucid or not. Don't worry about it being dangerous.
