      Hola

      Hello,

I've been interested in Lucid Dreams for about half a year now and have been lurking in this forum for a while. I have finally decided to join the community.

So far, I have had 2 successful LDs. One of which was a long time ago... I don't remember what it was. And another two nights ago in which I got scared and woke myself up.

I did half a WILD a few months ago and had a panic attack. (It blew)

So, yeah. There's that. I'm here.

Welcome to the forum! Well you seem to have a bit of experience which is really good! There is nothing to fear when it comes to lucid dreaming, just remember that!

Are you prone to panic attacks?

Must have been some pretty intense lucids if they scared you awake and gave you a panic attack. Do you think it is just the newness of it that freaked you out?

      Glad you joined!

WILDs can be really... wild. Sometimes SP feels like just tingling, other times I've had it feel like I was being literally thrown around my room. You just have to remember during it that it can't actually hurt you and to push through it. Congrats on your random lucid dream, hopefully they will happen more often if you visit DV more often
