      Hi Selkiegirl,
      I just joined today and this is my first post. I've spent a lot of time today reading the articles and tutorials.
      I've only had one lucid dream in my life but I was a kid and didnt know it had a name. I was just having a recurring bad dream and I was finally able to recognize it and wake up. It never occured to me to try and stay in the dream.

      I'm looking forward to having more.
