      Now that sounds familiar. I think if you had just gone on like that, you might have entered the dream... but to be honest, I don't have much experience with that feeling. I only remember the feeling of floating above my body. But I did read about what happened to you in another post, can't remember where. My advice is to search around for SP and Hi and read what you find.

      I have no idea, sorry. I'm pretty sure that I read that if you wake up and you're under SP, you can fall back asleep and enter a dream, but I don't know about when not waking up.

      You can enter a lucid dream without first going to sleep and then waking yourself up in an REM cycle. It's generally harder to WILD when you first go to sleep though. Probably because when you wake up in an REM cycle, you can fall back asleep really easily. I'd practice WILDing with the waking up in your REM cycle method first, until you feel you got the hang of it before trying it when you normally go to sleep.
