Weird shakey feeling when lying in bed

Does anybody know what this is/what I should do at this point?

I can do this like if I want to by lying in bed and letting my mind wander but while still being concious....I'll start to have this weird image in my mind of something, like if I was day dreaming about something, it would be the same thing but it would just be this extremely odd, mutilated, distorted image of what I was thinking of.

Not to mention the feeling of falling down through an endless tunnel while shaking wildly as if high voltages are flying through my body. Is this me entering SP? I've done this a few times and it happens when I'm on my back or on my side.

I think this is me entering a WILD because I accidently WILD'ed about a month ago and I felt the same thing at the point where I entered the dream. Usually it lasts for maybe 30 seconds to a minute and then it just fades away and I come back to reality...no visual hallucinations or anything, except, up until I move, I can't really feel my body at the points at which my body is touching the bed, like at all.

What the heck is this and can I use it to enter a dream?

That means your entering your dreams (well I suppose its a little more complicated than that but basically...)

I get that vibrating feeling when I WILD also. It is pretty common, along with the feeling of falling, or speeding through space. It can be a pretty crazy ride sometimes, but I just see it as part of the fun. Don't worry about it being dangerous.

I've found that people who view WILD from the angle of Astral Projection or Out of Body Experiences tend to focus more on the vibrating feeling.

Have you read Clairity's WILD tutorial? Especiall this part of it?

It doesn't necessarily mean that you're entering a dream, it means that you are falling asleep. It's sleep paralysis. If it happens when you are first going to bed, then you will not dream because you don't dream then, you will just fall asleep, if you do it in the middle of the night then you may WILD.

Well, I didn't think it would hurt me or anything, and I thought it was SP starting, but once it happened to me while I was lying in bed without having slept at all and I actually went into a dream without even trying to...

I was just wondering what to do when this was happening in order to enter a dream, tonight I'll try waking myself up after 4 hours of sleep and trying to enter a WILD...
