      First intentional lucid wow

      its only been my second night sinse i joined and had my first intentional lucid
      that dream recall thing realy helps

      it wasent very long but i was happy and its my first time that i have been able to change the sceane (i changed it to something but not what i wanted)
      i also tried telekinesis. the only thing that buged me was that i could hardley remeber what i wanted to do while i was lucid

      Yay They'll get longer with time, during your first one your brain gets confused that it knows that it's dreaming and panics, waking you up. Once you get over that your dreams will be longer.

      Nice job! Ninja's right. You will have an easier time thinking clearly as you get used to LDing. Try using autosuggestion to help you remember your goals while lucid. Just make a mantra that sums up your goal, then repeat it to yourself a whole bunch.

      Nice work on the quick progress I hope it keeps going, as you have more lucid dreams they will almost certainly last longer as you get used to them
