      Post Hello fellow dreamers

Yet another noob makes his first post. I've been interested in Lucid Dreaming for quite sometime. Recently I had my first LD since childhood, and hope to develop into a true dreamer. This post is where I begin.

Did your recent lucid dream get you interested in dreaming again? Or did you have the dream intentionally after getting back into dreaming?

Well it's a little of both I guess. My recent LD was a result of intentionally working towards becomming lucid more often. Initially I got intrigued by the idea after watching Waking Life last year, but really didn't begin to attempt LD'ing until recently, when I stumbled upon Stephen LeBarge's initial research in a book I was reading on Sleep Disorders. I simply had no idea that one could "learn" to LD. I downloaded a CD from iTunes with him discussing LD'ing and techniques, and began doing RC's and some hypnosis. Since my first intentional LD last Sunday, my interest has skyrocketed (hence my ending up on this site). Anyway, thanks for your interest and support. I think I'm gonna like it here!

Welcome! Waking Life is an interesting film. I would kind of like to re-watch it. Good luck with the forum.
