      Talking Hallllo

Hallo! I'm a very very new newbie. As you can tell. Newbie in LD AND the forum. I havnt had any lucid dreams, and I've been trying for about two weeks now, so I dunno, I guess I kinda decided to ask the experts

      So.. here goes!

      1. Is 2 weeks too long for Lucid Dreams? or too little?
      2. Sometimes, I just concentrate on breathing and after what seems like ages, my body feels all sore from staying in the one position, so I give up and go to sleep. How long does it actually take to realize somethings happening?
      3. yeah I've got a dream journal, but barely anything of notice in it, in my opinion, so
4.I tried to listen to these Music things called Brainwave-voyages or something, and the voiced one kept me awake for too long so I gave up, and the voice-less one just really didn't do anything :/ So do these actually and should I keep trying them?

SO yeah, those are my questions I'm sorry If I came of as a too much of a newbie, but hopefully i'll gather some info soon
      thanks for reading!

Hey, I noticed no one had answered your post so I'd be glad to answer your questions!

      1. For some folks, they get their first LD in one night. For others, it can take days, weeks, or even months. The key is not to overtry in your attempts. Most people who give up usually end up having an LD the next night.

      2. I assume you're talking about the WILD method? Well first of all, are you getting 4-6 hours of sleep before attempting this? Or are you doing it right away when going to sleep at night? If your answer is the latter, you're probably going to have a harder time getting to sleep paralysis and an LD.

      3. Well, keep trying, try setting your alarm for 4-6 hours after going to sleep so you'll wake up during your REM period and remember more dreams. Also, for WILD, dream recall is not much necessary.

4.They may work for some people, but I recommend just going au-naturel. The trick is having your body fall asleep whilst keeping your conscious mind aware. Check out Jeff777`s tutorial on just that: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42271.

      Good luck!
