How do you have a WILD?

I´ve tryed to have a WILD several times. But i never got into a dream after my body is paralysed. I try very hard, I try to concentrate for like an our. But it never works...
What should I think in, when trying to have a WILD? What should I do to have one?
You could be dreaming right now...

Yeah, like wasup said. If you already have and still have questions, give me a PM or let's have a chat to see what's going on.

Remember, WILDs are fiendishly hard to master! It took me three months of trying every single night before I had my first one.

I just realized something. The WILD tutorial is incomplete. Someone needs to add the part of how to slip into the dream...

You may want to try WILD via less demanding method:

      WILD via dream reentry tutorial

I have a couple of questions about WILDs, which I either missed in the tutorial or they weren't answered:

      1. How long do you have to lie there on average?
      2. Do you have to stay perfectly still for your body to fall asleep? What if you move around or scratch an itch? If you move, does it take longer for thw WILD to work?

I haven't tried a WILD yet, but it would probably help if I knew the answers to these questions before I try.

Yes, well it does need a lot more stuff... mostly just FAQ because WILD is a very controversial method (in my opinion...). Yeah so add a faq (do other people read faq as fag , I'm weird...) and some other stuff like slipping into the dream, that's one of the most important parts for some people.

      1. I layed there for about 45 minutes untill the sleep paralysis kicked in(after that, i dont know how long it took to get into a dream. To me it seemed like seconds, but i think time dilation plays a part of it since your logical brain starts to shut down)
      2. I stayed perfectly still..stilling my thoughts..i dont know if it takes longer if you scratch..ive only donw WILD once so....

I just had a WILD for the first time on Sunday!

When I layed down it was 4 pm and I layed there very very still. You feel your body tingle and become numb, and even after this I found it was ok to scratch an itch or swallow and then go back to being very still. It took me awhile to get completely relaxed because I would tend to become a bit anxious when I would feel strange things happening to my body. Some time later my whole body began to vibrate...it was so intense I thought my entire bed was vibrating. Then I began to "see" images which felt like they were dancing around on my ceiling even though my eyes were closed. The colors were more vivid than I could express. I only remember one image in particular of these Egyptian brightly jeweled figures spinning and dancing about, and then they kissed. It was so cool. Eventually I slipped into a dream which seemed like it lasted quite awhile but I was only semi-lucid. When I woke up it was 6 pm but I have no idea how long each part lasted.

If this happens again, any suggestion on how I can make the dream more vivid and realistic?

Nina: just yell/scream really loud :"Increase clarity NOW?!" or "Increase Lucidity NOW". Demand it and you must expect it to get more clearer. It should work then

Also i heard that if you focus on one object in a dream then your dream shuold become much clearer and vivid then.

Alright guys I need your help here; I'm going to edit the tutorial today.

Give me a list of every question you think needs to be added to the faq as well as any additional information; I know you've listed alot already but having one convinient list would help me alot. After that I will research and answer these to the best of my abbility and add them to the tutorial.

      Many thanks
