      Hello.

ok so this is my first post.. i came to this website once because i talked about lucid dreaming to a friend and me and him started talking about beta and theta (spelling) waves and all that stuff... when i was younger i lucid dreamed where i could control it maybe like 3-5 times.. and i've lucid dreamed where i just know it's a dream many times.. but one night i downloaded a beta wave thing off of limewire and listened to some of it, only listened to it one time and i don't even have it anymore and this was like the beginning of last year when i did it and since then i've been lucid dreaming like crazy, i'm seriously lucid dreaming probably.. 8-10 times a month i don't know if that's a lot but it is to me since i never did it, and i've done the tricks like spinning around to make them longer and all and it works, i've also been dreaming and become lucid and just straight up erase that dream and make my own, here about a week or two ago i read that where ever you move your eyes in your dream they also move that way in real life.. and that's how lucid dreamers would communicate with researchers and stuff in real life so anyways last night i was having a dream and for some reason when i dream i just decide to become lucid in them because i think they're boring and i want to make them better so i became lucid in my dream last night and i was doing like whatever i wanted but then i decided i wanted to move my eyes in my dream just because i read this, now i have had dreams where i can feel what's going on in them, the feeling isn't like it would be in real life though because i had one once where i got shot and it didn't hurt like it would in real life i'm sure but it did really burn and it made me wake up lol but anyways last night when i was dreaming about moving my eyes i seriously felt like i could feel my eyes moving in real life the same way, anyone ever done anything like this?

and also another thing.. have you ever been dreaming and you tell yourself in your dream to wake up and you do?

and one more thing.. i've had maybe 2-3 dreams where i'll be dreaming and i'll tell myself to wake up at a certain time or something and i actually do or i've even had it where i look at a clock in my dream and wake up and it's the same time

to DV! That is cool that you're having so much luck with LDs.

I've experimented with the moving the eyes thing in LDs, too. It is so cool that your physical eyes move the same way as your dream eyes.

I'm good at waking myself up in a dream if I want to. Some people are really good at this, others can't.

      Welcome to Forums, man!

      Good luck to you!

      Heres a very important tip:
The second you get lucid, do everything you can to stabilize and extend the dream. If you don't the dream will end abruptly. Two days ago I had 4 LUCID DREAMS in only four hours, but I didn't properly stabilize them and the longest one was only about 2 minutes!

When you tell yourself to wake up, most of the time it would be a false awakening. In other words your waking up in the dream. The next time you tell your self to wake up and you do, do a reality check to see if its still a dream. That could explain why the clock is the same time because your brain is remembering the time it saw when you fell asleep.

Hope i help and welcome to the forum man! Have fun with Lucid Dreaming!
