      Questions on controlling Lucid Dreams...

The last two times I had a lucid dream I have experienced false awakenings and haven't been able to open my eyes. I'm not sure if I'm still dreaming or if I have woken up and I n't open my eyes. Both times I have said to myself no to panic and go back to bed. Last time I woke up from opening my eyes by force. I have never gone from sleeping to waking up like that. Before that I have always gotten so exited that I have woken up. Have anyone else experiencing that you can't open your eyes. I got really disappointed and frustrated because I couldn't controll the dream when I became lucid. I'm new to this and have only had like 8 ucid dreams so far. Haven't still been ablt to do anything in these dreams. The first lucid dreams I've had was without doing anything. I didn't know about these things so they really freaked me out.

next time that happens pinch your nose shut with your fingers and then try to breathe through your nose. if you can still breathe through your nose, you'll know your dreaming. this is called a reality check. if it is a dream you'll know you can open your eyes. and as for keeping your lucidity, in your dream just spin around in circles until the dream becomes more vivid. have fun in the forum man. Stay lucid

The feeling I have from those dreams is like I'm not sure if I'm dreaming or awake. The next time I think I'm dreaming I'll try that nose thing and spin around in circles to make it more vivid and to keep the lucidity.
