That happens to me too, I go to sleep at 6 am (thats 40 minutes from now |

See, my schedule changes constantly. I can go from being asleep at midnight one night to 4 o'clock other nights (last night). I'm fifteen years old. Is that normal? And how SHOULD I relax and keep my mind away from lucid dreaming while going to sleep? |

You should try laying down in the dark at the same time each night. Even if you don't fall asleep your body will get used to it. You can just lay down an whatch TV for a while, just make sure the lights are not on and that you are comfortable. It may help to make yourself wake up earlier and spend most of the day doing physical activity in bright light (or at least stay in tha light at day). |
