1.You can try staying up until the next day to regulate your sleep. (Probably not the best idea.)

Just try to relax, if that doesn't work try camomile tea.
That happens to me too, I go to sleep at 6 am (thats 40 minutes from now ) .

What I do ...sometimes is to stay awake till 4 or 5 pm, and go to sleep, I wake up the next day at 7am (approximately) . My problem is that instead of going to sleep that day at 8pm (for example) I stay awake, again till 4 am -.-
