Hi Everyone, |

Bri
Welcome to Dreamviews, Bri! I hope you reach all your goals! |

Welcome bri. I too am pretty new to this site but learning to lucid dream is a journey and it is rewarding as you improve. I have had three attempts at WILD so far and have not succeeded, but each time I have made remarkable improvement. I went from never remembering dreams to remembering large pieces of two or three dreams a night. It is an exciting process and you should never quit. See you around the forum! .................................................. ...,.............................................. ............................also, I'm starting up my own lucid dreaming website. Just started today and it really needs trafic to get up and running. There's a forum there and if somebody wouldn't mind starting up a thread than it would be a great help! Thanks. The URL is: www.lucidpost.mfbiz.com |

Lay perfectly still in bed after you wake up and more of your dream will come back. And yes, the road to lucidity can be frustrating at times, but it's still so much fun. The subconscious is a fascinating creature, and your dream scape is gorgeous. |

[QUOTE=brianabri;861343]By meditating in my LD, I hope to evolve spiritually. I may gather some profound experiences, find new points of view, and appreciate the world around me more than I do now. Just things of that nature. QUOTE] |

Thanks for all the advice and greetings! |
