      Question Audio guides?

      First of all, as a new member I would like to say hello to all the members of this wonderful forum.

      As I want to start getting into LD I am wondering if there are any audio guides or tapes that one can listen to while falling asleep. Something like guided meditation cds.

      Can you help me with some? If you have any links please PM me.

      Thank you for your fast reply, but I was thinking more in the direction of narrated guides for the beginning. A friend of mine had some pretty great ones on his computer, but he is away on holiday at the moment and I cant reach him bummer.

      Yeah, glancing through the forum, it looked like people had mentioned a few different ones. Let me know if you find a good one. I haven't tried anything like that in a while, and would be interested to start again.

      I have found the audio guide I was looking for, the series is called "Hemi Sync Lucid Dreaming". Here is the description:
      The program provides a unique opportunity to benefit from states of expanded awareness during times we are not normally conscious. This four-exercise series on DVD is designed to teach you how to program and consciously participate in your own personal dreamscape.
