      Hey Guys:)

Hi, I'm a boy from Denmark, whos has read alot about Lucid Dreaming, and now want to try, so do you guys have some good advices?

It would be really great, if someone from Denamrk could tell me something about it

Once when I was younger, i could kinda control my dreams... Right before i were going to bed i could say: "I want to dream about flying tonight." And then i dreamed that i could fly, but I cant do that annymore

You'll find a lot of help in the Tutorials section, and the Attaining Lucidity section.

Another Keep a Dream Journal. They help a lot with recall, which in turn helps you become lucid.
And it's also much easier for children to LD than adults.

If you have any questions, PM Me or someone with a green name.

Hey, Kantra. I know we have a lot of Scandinavian members floating around. I can't seem to remember who is from Denmark specifically. Not to offend you, but my terrible American geography kind of lumps all of northern Europe together

Definitely check out the tutorials section. We're re-organizing it to make it easier to navigate, but everything is still there.

Like Suttsman said, start a dream journal. The most important thing to do is get your dream recall up, and get familiar with the feel of a dream.

Another easy thing you can do to improve your chances, is Wake Back To Bed. Basically, you wake up 4-5 hours into the night, get up and do something to wake up your mind. Read about dreaming, get a drink or a snack, or come on DV for a few minutes. Then, when you go back to bed, your body is tired and ready to fall back to sleep, but your mind is focused on dreaming. Plus, you will be very close to a nice long dream cycle. Check out the WBTB tutorials for more information.
