Well, Yesterday morning my friend had showed me a website for Lucidity Tablets. We were talking about how incredible it would be to be able to control ourselves while dreaming and stuff. Well I did more research and found out I can do it without taking any tablets at all! So last night I went to bed telling myself I want to remember my dreams. I would say "I'm going to remember my dreams." And it was hard to say in one sentence smoothly it was kinda like, "I'm going to.... Remember my dreams." But when I fell asleep all went well and I know I had around 3 dreams but the only one I could recall when I woke up was the last one, and it was only a few things, I have a few written down: A police car with green lights going very fast, doing something with my church group, A police officer wanting to put orange cones on my car so people could see the car in this blizzard, and setting up a tennis court? Anyways I didn't have my journal during the night so I couldn't write down the things from them when I woke up in the night. But I remember having around 3. On the last one I became aware I was dreaming but suddenly I half-woke up and knew i was in my bed but was still half in dream when I just let go into the real world. How did I do for my first night? |
